curlopt_followlocation cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set

If you have Curl Installed and you are getting this error simple fix for it

WHM > PHP open_basedir Tweak

choose the account and save should work!

Spent ages trying to figure this out thought it was curl missing obviously not!
